Exhibit Application Form

All Ohio Chapter Spring Meeting Exhibits are 6' table-top displays.

Set-up Times -- Vendors may set up their exhibits between 4:30 and 6:30
pm on Friday, March 14, 2007 (prior to "Exhibitors Reception and Casino),
or before 8:00 am on Saturday, March 15th.

Exhibit Hours-- Exhibits will be open from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm on
Saturday, March 15, 2007.  Specific exhibit times in the program  include
from 8:00-9:00 am; 10:00-10:30 am, 12:00-1:30 pm and 3:00-3:15 pm.

Tear-down times -- Exhibitors are asked to maintain their exhibits until after
the afternoon break on Saturday, March 15th
